Welcome to Tarang Hotels and Resorts. By accessing our website and making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made via our website, over the phone, email, or in person.
• Tarang Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Reservations and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid ID proof and payment details are required to secure the reservation.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, depending on the season, availability, and promotional offers.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in will incur 50% cancellation charges.
• No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

Note: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow the property’s rules during their stay.
• Any damage to property caused by the guest will be chargeable.

6. Child and Extra Bed Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free with existing bedding.
• Extra charges may apply for children above 5 years or for additional bedding as requested.

7. Pets Policy
Pets are allowed only at select properties. Please check with the property prior to booking.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Tarang Hotels and Resorts is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guests' belongings.
• We shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from the use of our facilities or services.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
